2.2 Unless we communicate in writing our intent to withdraw it during the stated period, any quotation provided will be valid for a duration of 14 calendar days from its date of issuance

2.3 We offer advice to our customers through email and telephone, but it's important to note that such advice doesn't create any additional contractual obligations between us unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by one of our directors. In the absence of such an agreement, we shall not be held liable for any representations made that were not agreed upon in writing, unless there is a case of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. This means that even if such representations prove to be false or misleading, we will not be held responsible for them.

3. Contact

3.1 Upon submitting an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, it's important to note that this does not indicate acceptance of your order. Your order is regarded as an offer to purchase product(s) subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and will communicate our decision by sending you an email confirming the dispatch of the product(s) (Dispatch Confirmation). This email will also contain an order number that should be referenced in all future correspondence between us. Please note that the Contract between us will only be established upon receipt of the Dispatch Confirmation from our end

4. Cancallation Rights

4.1 If you are entering into the Contract as a consumer, you have the right to cancel it within seven working days, starting from the day after you receive the products, provided that the products are not customized or personalized as specified in clause 4.2. If the products are not customized or personalized, and you wish to cancel the Contract, you must return the products in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Upon satisfying these conditions, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the products as per our refunds policy.

4.2 If the Products have been made to your specific requirements or have been clearly personalized, you are not entitled to cancel the Contract .

5. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in this website, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
